01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing MonsoonMicro.digital (the "Site") and using our micro analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Monsoon Micro, regarding your access to and use of our data interpretation tools.
We provide real-time reporting for small-to-medium enterprises. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.
02 Platform Usage & Metrics
Our platform provides specialized micro analytics. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the metrics provided for internal business purposes only.
- You may not use the data to build competing analytics products.
- Automated scraping or "crawling" of the metrics interface is strictly prohibited without written consent.
- Account sharing is limited based on your specific subscription tier.
03 Data Integrity & Security
Monsoon Micro strives for 99.9% accuracy in our business metrics delivery. However, your reliance on the data provided is at your own risk. We process information sourced from your connected APIs and local datasets to provide micro-level insights.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that compromise the security of our network or other users.
04 Limitation of Liability
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months prior to the event causing the liability.
05 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok.
